Lucky Dish Rules
1. Free participation.
Participation in Lucky Dish is free and does not require any purchase.
2. One try per day per restaurant.
Each participant may make 1 attempt per day at each participating restaurant, identified by the phone number entered.
3. Hidden Lucky Dish.
Each participating restaurant has 1 Lucky Dish per day, automatically chosen by the system from the eligible dishes of that restaurant.
4. Daily prize per restaurant.
When the Lucky Dish of a restaurant has been awarded, there is no new Lucky Dish at that restaurant until the next day.
5. Dish of the Day.
When a participating restaurant uses “Dish of the Day”, the options shown in the participation may appear as “Dish of the Day - Option 1”, “Dish of the Day - Option 2” or equivalent names. In these cases, the voucher gives the right to the dish of the day available at that restaurant on the date the voucher is validated, and does not give the right to freely choose any dish from the à la carte menu.
6. Digital voucher.
If the participant chooses the Lucky Dish, they receive a digital voucher code to present at the indicated restaurant.
7. Phone number linked to the voucher.
The voucher is linked to the name and phone number entered. To claim the Lucky Dish, the participant must present the phone corresponding to the number used.
8. Restaurant confirmation.
Before validating the voucher, the restaurant may confirm the phone number by call, SMS, WhatsApp or another simple in-person method. If the participant cannot prove that the number belongs to them, the voucher may not be accepted.
9. Validation.
The voucher can be used only once and is subject to validation by the restaurant or Minha Ementa. Once validated, it is marked as used and cannot be reused.
10. Prize not convertible.
The prize cannot be converted into cash and is valid only for the dish and restaurant shown on the voucher.
11. Personal data.
The data collected is used only to manage participation, control attempts, award and validate vouchers, and prevent abuse.
12. Changes.
The organisation may adjust rules, participating restaurants and prize availability for technical or operational reasons.
